As you all know that the Christmas season is moving fast, before we know it, everybody will be celebrating Christmas. The time to kill (I don’t mean killing your customers with gun, I simply mean the ways to give them the best) your customers is the Christmas season.
If you want to have more sales and fight for the word of mouth, you must be ready to kill your customers this Christmas. Customers are the one who made the business world and without them, your business will be a no business.
Since, the beginning of the year, they’ve being giving you their best by patronizing you, and it’s time for you to give them your best by killing them. I’m sure you would be wondering how you can kill your customers. The mind-blowing ways to kill your customers are highlighted below:
Special Package For Regular Customers:
Who are regular customers? Regular customers are customers who have being patronizing you since you’ve started your business and they are customers who stood by you during bad times and good times.
Regular customers are customers who truly believe in you, even when people are saying bad things about your business; they are the ones who pay no mind to those people. I’m sure you must have known the reason why they are being called regular customers?
If I may ask you, how do you want to pay them back? To pay back your regular customers, you must kill them with special package. Package like assorted gifts or any other gifts you think it worth giving to regular customers.
You must show them that you care, and you are happy to have them as your customers. By doing that, it will help you retain them, strengthen the relationship between you both and strengthen the love they have for you.
Regular customers are customers that’s needed in a successful business, they are not like cheap customers who only come around to patronize you just because you are offering your services at discount prices. Regular customers are not customers that will run away from you when you raise the price of your goods. You must show them that you care by killing them with special packages. Think about the gifts you can give to them. Try to give them gifts that will make them say WOW!.
Before, you give them the gift; package it in a nice and attractive way, so as to look appealing.
Give Away:
Try to offer give away this Christmas. Though give away do attract mostly cheap customers but out of those cheap customers, you can still convert some of them into a regular customer.
When you are offering give away, Make sure you’ve plan it in a way that it won’t affect your business, so as not to dilute your brand. Read my last post on how to Give Away Free Stuff Without Getting Exploited.
Almost all companies do offer give away to their customers, so that it can attract more customers to patronize them. So kill your customers by offering give away.
Thank You:
There’s nothing better than appreciating your customers for their patronage since the beginning of the year. Saying “Thank You” does many things in one’s life, it makes you become acceptable by the masses, also it make people love you the more.
Kill your customers by sending a letter of gratitude to them. You can print a card that express how you feel about their patronage, so that you can be giving it to them. But if you can’t print a card that expresses your feelings and gratitude, you can say it by publishing it on newspaper or by using media advertisement in order to thank them for their patronage. I’m sure you won’t regret ever doing this.
Expressing your gratitude does bring more customers, and makes the future of the business looks brighter.
End Of The Year Party:
You can organize an end of the year party, and when organizing an end of the year party, make sure you invite your customers to celebrate with you. You can do this if you have the money. End of the year party is a party organized by big companies in order to celebrate their workers and customers.
There’s nothing wrong in organizing an end of the year party, it shows you really value your customers and people working for you. If you have the money you can go for it but if you don’t have the money to organize an end of the year party, nobody will sue you.

Nicely done here Samuel. Regular customers are everything. They make your brand. They define your product. They spell success or failure for your blog.
And it’s because of this reality that you are so right in saying that we’ve got to show them we care, that we’re grateful, that their loyalty has not gone unnoticed nor under-appreciated.

I always think it’s just great to give people things after Christmas which will kill customers before the end of year.
Here in Australia just after christmas close to every shop discounts everything and nearly everyone goes out shopping to buy at a discounted price, and that also works to bring in more customers

Lol, I had to do a double-take when I saw the title of this post!
That aside, brilliant reading Samuel, 4 excellent points. I particularly like the end-of-year party; if companies could find a way to implement them with their customers then they’d certainly stand out from the crowd. Customers want to know that you’re actually aware they exist as individuals, and that they can trust you to value their service and repeated custom.
Thanks for sharing!
