You’ve started a business, now you’re looking for a way to serve your customers better. There are numerous ways for you to serve them better, it just depend on how you want to play the game.
There are some certain things every customer do love to see in an entrepreneur, which will make them keep patronizing the entrepreneur’s service. In which I will be talking about them in this post..
Things Your Customers need from you.
Honesty: A good entrepreneur must have the spirit of honesty; you must be honest with your customers. They deserve it; I see no reason why a mastermind entrepreneur should embrace dishonesty, when you are not a fraudulent person. Since you are real, let them know what you stand for so don’t run your integrity by been dishonest.
Quality: have discussed about it in my previous post, in case you haven’t read it, my advice for you is to read it before proceeding on this post. For you to last long in business, you must offer quality service. Most customers are not after quantity, all they want from you is quality. Person like me, don’t care about the price of a product, what I just need to know is the quality. If the product is good, no problem but if its not there’s a problem. I will not be happy with the person offering the service also I will not go to his or her store again; I mean I will not patronize the person anymore. So what am trying to say is that you should offer quality service to your customers, it will help you yield positive result from your customers.
Discount: Customers need you to offer products to them at discount price, even if you are not doing it at all time. Try and offer them product at discount price. Is not all the time, you should be billing them at a high price, though am not saying you should be selling your product in a way that will not profit you, you just have to strategize in a way that when u offer a product at a discount price it will still profit you and it wont be like a loss to you.
Caring: customers need you to show them some love, by caring for them. When you put a smile on their face I bet you, they will not leave you, that’s how you can retain them, if you are the type that doesn’t care about your customers am sorry you are losing your customers to your competitors. Whenever they are around always show them that you love seeing them around. Let them know you care for them also if its has been long you’ve seen one of your regular customer to come around, try and give him or her a call and ask if everything is ok and you hope to see her soon. That shows you really care.
Support: Customers need your support and you also need their support. And the support they can offer you is by patronizing you while the support they need from you is a “call to action”. Whenever they are confused of something’s, they will be glad to call on you that’s if you are the good one but if you are not they wont bother to give you a call also they will patronize you no more. Always try and be there for them, whenever they need your help, be prepared to help them out .also try and be reachable.

When I saw the title of your post those 5 major things that the customer needs from us that you mentioned really got into my mind. It was actually four of the things that you shared. It was like you and I are having the same thought.
Honesty, Quality, Discount and Support. These are the things that I really thought when I read the title. But the best thing is the Quality. Most people doesn’t think of quantity anymore. The quality is always a must. I definitely agree on your thought on there. Everything is very well explained. No need for me to add anything here. Keep up the good work dude. I really like this post.

I think you meant customer satisfaction? All companies should really have this. Great customer satisfaction would really be attracting so many clients or customers.
