Many aspiring entrepreneurs feel happy when they heard that this world is the world of entrepreneurs and they would love to embark on the entrepreneurship journey but what makes them feel bad is how the journey is full of grudges.
Yeah, every entrepreneur is bound to face the grudges if he or she wants to be successful. What matters most is how you make the journey easy; I mean how you play the game.
If you should ask any successful entrepreneur how he or she was able to make it through, they will tell you that it took years and is not an overnight success. Am not trying to scare you, am only trying to make the journey smoother for you so that you will be able to withstand the storm.
In this post I will be talking on how you can make the entrepreneurship journey a smooth one even if you are still going to face any grudges it will be minimal. Below are steps to make the journey a smooth one.
Team Work:
If you want to win big in the entrepreneurship world you must be ready to work as a team. And you don’t just work with any team you need to work with team that has the same interest with you.
One of the major reasons why the entrepreneurship world is different from the school world is that you work as a team; I mean you play the game together unlike in the school where you are only advice to play as an individual.
When building a team make sure you choose carefully who you want to be part of the team and don’t choose anybody just because you feel like he or she will be capable. Meet with experts on how to build a team, so that they can help you in making the journey easier. Don’t embrace the idea of doing things on your own because if you do, you might end up hitting the bad end. In the game of entrepreneurship individual don’t win only team wins.
Seek For A Good Mentor:
I do talk about this a lot so I don’t want to stress it that much. A mentor is a person that will guide you through in your entrepreneurship journey.
When choosing a mentor, be careful when making the decision because there are a lot of people out there who don’t worth the position of being a mentor.
If you are to choose a mentor, make sure that the person is in the same field with you and the person has climb through the mountain you are trying to climb so that he or she will put you through in other for the journey to be easier for you. Embrace the idea of getting a mentor that will guide you throughout your entrepreneurship journey so as to make the journey easier for you.
Networking:
If you want to achieve big in the entrepreneurship world you must be able to network effectively. One of the mandatory skills every entrepreneur must have is the networking skills. If you are able to network in the entrepreneurship world, you have pin-up some loop holes.
Big boys in the entrepreneurship world embrace the idea of networking that’s why they were able to be crowned the big boys. Networking will help you out in many ways you yourself can’t think of. So if you are to network, make sure you network with the people who will add value to your life and people who will make the entrepreneurship journey look smoother. Be a good networker.
Learning:
In the entrepreneurship world for you to be able to move mountains you must be ready to learn. Nobody is a highland of knowledge, if you fail to admit that you don’t need to learn anymore then you are next to the exit door. I’m still learning because I know that if I should stop learning I will not be able to break new grounds.
Read books, attend entrepreneurship seminars and conferences so that you can boost up your knowledge and if at all you are falling you will be able to rise again. The big boys in the entrepreneurship world are still learning so my advice for you is ”Don’t stop learning” Keep on learning so that you will be able to break new grounds and make the entrepreneurship journey look smooth.
It’s only employees that think that he or she doesn’t need to learn anymore after graduating from college. I believe that you are not an employee you are an entrepreneur so don’t stop learning, college is just the basic. There’s more to learn after graduating from college, besides college don’t prepare student for real world. The real world is the home of an entrepreneur so in other to stay ahead of your game you must always learn.
Art Of Delegation:
You must embrace the art of delegation if you really want to get the best out of the entrepreneurship world. And don’t think that you can do it all alone.
This might sounds similar to the first point but the information they pass is different. Art of delegation is when you are outsourcing things you know you can’t do. Like now, you need an accountant so that you can take record of your business sales, and you can’t do it, which means you will need to hire an accountant to do that for you, by so doing it has save your time and also make you more productive. But if you feel that you don’t need it and you can do it all alone when you yourself know that you can’t do it alone, it will affect you in a way you don’t expect.
Learn how to outsource for the things you know you can’t do, so that someone who is good at it can help you out and you will focus on the things you know you are capable of. So embrace the art of delegation.

Yeah, you are right bro. Thanks a lot for the comment. Have fun.
Good points Samuel! I would like to add that not everyone has the will or possibility to become an entrepreneur, but still forced to it because of unemployment or an illness. When it comes to working from home, the best thing you can do is to find someone who has already made it and is willing to teach you because this will save you a lot of time and money in the long run.I like to visit the Warrior Forum to talk with like minded entrepreneurs as I am.
Hi Tom,
Yeah, you need to learn from people who are there already. Thanks a lot for the comment. Have fun.
Very precise Samuel. Weldone!
The points you outlined above are definitely critical to the journey of entrepreneurship. It’s surely not a journey to embark on alone and it’s truly one highly dependent on learning. The key to success is making sure you balance WHAT you know with WHO you know. Knowledge and Network are two key words in the world of entrepreneurship, they determine the smoothness or roughness of the journey.

Hey Sam! Awesome post!
I definitely agree in finding a mentor. You know, throughout my entire lifetime I ave alway believed that if you want to get somewhere, you find someone that has been or is where you want to be and you reach out to them to show you the way.
The same applies to my business ventures. When I made the choice to start my own internet business I reached out to Glenn Stevens from “Be A Successful Entrepreneur” and he is now my business mentor. We work together and have had some business ventures together. He is definitely a good guy to know in this industry and I know we will have some great business ventures in the future.
Thanks for sharing!

Hi Harvest,
Glad to hear that! Yeah, it’s kinda hard to get the right mentor but books can also be a mentor to you! Thanks a lot for the awesome comment. Have fun.
Hey Sam,
Very valid points there. I think the art of delegation is important. And everyone should delegate tasks around to avoid work overload and focus on more important things for their business. Thx for sharing this with us!
Interesting points and most I would agree too! I’d like to make another point… “Building a system”. Without a system, it’s hard to delegate… What would you delegate? What products are you going to sell? A system makes sure that everything is in order and according to plan and for everyone in your business to follow.
